Anyone know how to add other plugins that are not on the list?

Am trying to add some plugins that are not on the list like this https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/origins 

idk if this is a plugin or not it says "mods" in the url

You cannot.

You cannot add whatever plugins you'd like to the plugin list, however, you can suggest them to be added! As long as there are no major security flaws or issues with the plugin such as it being out of date, you can suggest them to be added in the suggestions > plugin section.
