Server won't start

My friends and I were trying to connect to my server, but it wouldn't load up. It showed the "could not connect to target server". So, I went to my dashboard. I clicked start, over and over: nothing. I tried repairing files in the danger zone, and force hibernating, and now I can't even get in to edit the server. We've been working at this for almost an hour to no avail, and really need help.
