Own Server Griefed

Hello, I would like to report a problem I've come by.
Me and my 2 friends were playing for about a week or so and we pretty much finished the game and built many stuff.
The weird thing is that today December 17th we logged in the server and we saw all our houses burnt down we were confused because first of all the server wasn't on and I slept the time it happened and second of all I put the server not visible to the community, I went through the backups and the latest and only backup is from today around 12:00PM and I really hope to get help soon me and my friends spent hours on building and exploring and it disappoints me that this kind of stuff happen, thanks!

BTW, Some day around this week 2 players logged in going by the ign: Sajterr, Culeradi
I don't know how they logged onto the server because It wasn't public to the community
And because there's "Israel" in the ip address and they were saying stuff like "F*** Israel, Heil Hitler, Jews suck, my dad is Hitler" etc. 
I obviously banned them after they said those things and I assume the IP Address got leaked

You should whitelist your server so that no one but who you allow is able to join. First do /whitelist on. Then /whitelist add <player> and add anyone who you want to be able to join. If they aren't part of the whitelist while its on, they will not be able to join your server. If you ever want to remove someone, do /whitelist remove <player>. And if you ever want to turn the whitelist off, do /whitelist off. Note opped players bypass the whitelist

Make sure you screenshots and stuff of it or it may not be sufficient evidence for any action to be taken on the users.

Listen I figured out it wasn't these two players and basically the server got griefed and all I want you to help me with is to see if  there's any backups or logs from 12:00PM December 17th

Well in the backup slot, if you have a backup of before the incident happening, just click restore server. Stop the server first, click that, then start the server back up. If the backup was from after it happening or you don't have a backup of your own, there isn't a way to get your world back to how it was.

And currently, you can only access the latest.log file for your server and you can't see any older logs without having a plugin. So if your server has stopped since them, it probably has, you won't be able to read the logs for then. And if you were trying to use these logs as proof in your report, logs aren't great proof of something happening cause it can be changed and edited.
