Experience as staff member - I have worked in swayl's "hardcourse" community server for almost a year. I have gotten promoted to admin.

Why I should be hired over other people - I have relative staff experience and the owner of the community server that I work for (swayl) is good friends with the LavaS server owner. (sh0ot) Over the course of staying as one of swayl's staff members, I have come to adapt the chaotic moments and events that occur within the server so I know how to deal with it, properly.

Have I ever hacked before - No. I am aware of how inconvenient it is to deal with hackers and how unpleasant it is to have a hacker in your game. Also, I am not bothered with going all the way to download a modified client just to ruin the fun of others.

Have you ever been banned on any servers? if so, why? - I have. The only reason was that they were smp servers that I pressed "join random server" in and they weren't aware that their server was open to the public. And that's it. I've kept a clean server record with all the servers that I have been in.

Anything else you guys should know - not really anything that you guys need to know. I'm chines so I play piano i guess..? 

situational answers

1 - if I were to suspect anyone of using criticals or nofall, I would be in vanish, turn on obs, and record for a while. If after maybe a couple minutes, there were no cases of the modified client, I would ask another staff or any player that I trust to pvp them and to see.

2 - if I saw someone using oblivious hacks such as fly or speed, I would just record using obs, put up the evidence in the "staff server" or wherever the bans are logged and ban the hacker accordingly. 

3 - If I caught someone botting the server, I would yet again, gather evidence using obs and if I can't gather evidence, I can get witnesses. after that, I would ip ban the player or ban them and the people involved.

4 - If I saw someone spamming personal information in chat, I would instantly mute the player and clear the chat. or if I didn't have enough time to react, I would mute the chat first if the spam is too powerful and then mute the player, and then clear the chat. order may vary depending on the situation.

5 - racism/homophobic comments are strictly prohibited and the player would be permanently muted as such comments are strictly prohibited.

6 - If I saw someone threatening to hack the server, it would result in an instant ban. unless said in an OBVIOUS joke format, the player would come off as a person that is a potential threat to the server.
