How do I use hexcodes in rank prefixes?

Hi, I just want to ask how I can use hex codes for the rank prefix color.

Hey there, this is what I use you can do normal hex codes using <#hex code>

Command /hdhd:

    Trigger:

         Set {_d} to colored "<#hex code>prefix

         Execute console command "/lp group <groupname> meta setprefix ""%{_d}% """

Try using skript, I wanna say they added support in 2.5 and mh is running 2.5.1

Don't know if that's possible to put a direct Hex code. It may be possible with some plugins, not sure.

I've seen it on a lot of servers but haven't figured out how because it allows for way better colors.
