There's no official way to do this but i guess you could check their client chat logs.. win+r, then type %appdata%, then go to .minecraft then the logs folder. there should be lots of different logs and then find the date you were on the server and hopefully the name will be there

The best way to do this is to go to the logs as he said, go into the one from the time that you were playing it and click ctrl+f. Then search for "[Render thread/INFO]: [CHAT] Sending you to" and then go through until you find "[Render thread/INFO]: [CHAT] Sending you to <the server name will be here>"
