Is it possible for Skript variable saves to go to different servers?

Hi, I'm planning to open a network on Minehut (mostly due to not having the access to funding) and all of the modes should contribute to the player's data like Gold, Gems et cetera.

I'm just wondering if there's some form of way to be able to do this.

You can probably have 2 discord vixio bots for each server and them feeding variable info back and forth to each other. Not sure how else you could do it.
