first does anyone know how to use commands on a free server and if you do can you like put a link

2nd i keep getting flying is not allowed and i have to reopen the server, does anyone know how to fix that and pls explain it well

You need to op yourself to be able to do commands. Do /op <player> and replace <player> with your in game name. You need to do this command in console. It won't work in game. You can find the console in the appearance tab on the panel. Scroll down and you will see a box which says "Server Commands". There type the command I said above and then you should be able to do commands. Make sure the server is online when you do this.

Also you can get kicked for fly if you are lagging and the game things you are flying. If you go to the settings tab on the panel, you can enable fly there and you won't get kicked for fly. Note that it doesn't allow everyone to fly. This setting just makes it that people won't get kicked for fly. Make sure to restart the server after enabling this option. 

And if you get kicked for fly, the server shouldn't immediately close. The server should only close 5 minutes after there are no players on the server.
