Help with the veinminer plugin

So i wanted to add vein miner to my survival world with another friend but ive come to a roadblock that i dont know how to get over. 

I did the /stop and restarted the server which was supposed to make vein miner in the server but it doesn't work. I used some of the commands and they go through showing that it is installed but when i sneak and break a block nothing happens

I can send you a vein miner script i made once if you want, its pretty basic tho
