minehut mod joined my server out of nowhere

Hi, I just made a server today and was playing on it with someone when some guy named GamerGodYinYang joined it and said he was a minehut mod just "checking" around. I was super suspicious of him immediately, when another guy out of nowhere joined and said he was a fraud, then left. I'm just here asking if this is normal for minehut mods to do this or not.

Minehut mods or even admins are not gonna join servers randomly saying they are just checking around. You can see a list of Minehut Staff here. You can also try and message a person in game with /msg and if they have a jrmod, mod, or admin prefix, then they are the ones that are staff. If they do not, they are not staff.
