Server Wont start up

My minehut server wont start up I tried removing plugins and it just wont work it says start then 10 secs later stopping then a sec later it says offline and it has been happening for the past 2 months the world is very important to my friends and I we have worked on it for a while and it just wont work. hi1342.minehut.gg

After the server doesn't start, can you send your server logs here in a pastebin.com. It can help in determining whats wrong.
