My Survival World Got Reset :(

I was feeling like coming onto the survival world I play on with my friends. (CrazySMPHA) I decided to restart my computer because it was lagging for me. I turn the server back on and I'm in a completely new world!!!! We've been spending weeks on it and all our progress was lost for no reason!!! Please help if you know what happened.

Do /worlds. You may have gotten teleported to a different world. To then teleport to a world in the list, do /world <world>. This can happen if you change the default world of your server to a name of a world that is not on the server. Make sure your default world is the name of the world your stuff is in.
