Hello, I want to play whit, my friends, on Minecraft but her pc is so old and they can only play in version 1.15 and I do not know how to change the version in the world because when I enter the said me that I have to change to 1.16. thanks for reading

You cannot change the version of the server but you can get some plugins that allow earlier versions to join. Get the plugins ViaVersion and ViaBackwards and you can join your server with any version above 1.9. You can also just get a plugin called ProtocolSupport, but it has some issues. So either get ViaVersion and ViaBackwars or just ProtocolSupport.
