Dispensers Will not drop tnt 1.16.1

so basically its what the title says but idk he root of it like if its a plugin or just minehut but if anyone can tell me why itd be very appreciated thx hopefully its a plugin thing

Edit: thanks for your help but someone literally turned off tnt for global rg I spent a few days stalling going through all of our plugins and I just checked global rg and saw that thx for your help thooo

Someone tested it out for me and it worked for them. It should work. Could be a plugin thing like you were talking about.
