You can download your world with /dl world <world> but it is currently broken and won't work if the world is over 100mb. You can get a plugin called CoreProtect if you want and with it, you can rollback your server with just a command. Also you shouldn't op random people. And how did he reset your server? Opped players cant reset a server. The only way to reset a server is through the Panel. Only up to things you had after you installed the plugin. Just for the future.
