spawn location help

When I do /setspawn or /setworldspawn or /esetspawn, when I die or a new person joins the server, they don't spawn at the same location where I set the spawn, but the default spawn location (where I don't want them to spawn) I've tried alot of different stuff, but nothing seems to work!

Maybe it's multiverse issue? /mv setspawn?

Is the place you are trying to set spawn in a different world? If so, you need to change the default world of your server. You can do this by changing the level name of the server. The level name can be found in the settings tab on the panel. Change it to what world you want players to spawn in. Click save then restart the server.
