Teleporting betweeen worlds

Hi so I made a server with a bedwars map and a pvp arena. I want to set up a command block that lets people teleport to the worlds. Now I installed Multiverse but it wouldn't let me tp between the worlds. Someone please help! And ik i can OP everyone so they can do /worlds but i dont want people griefing!

With multiverse, in the command block do /mvtp @p <world>

Or if you have essentials do /multiverse-core:mvtp @p <world>
It might be just multiverse instead of multiverse-core

Think those are the right commands.

do /mv import ul_BedwarsAqua normal

even after i do that, it says starting world import, and then it says failed
