How to make people glow colors

Hello,

So while I was making my server I wanted my staff to glow colors like red or yellow. (Just like how the lobby is in Minehut for the ranks) But when I make the teams and everything, the player still glowed the default white. It works in single player worlds but why not on my server?

 

 

If someone could help me with this it would be great!

Im not so sure about teams, but you could do this with Skript.

This is what i've found while I googled about this.

/effect give @p glowing <time> 255 true

This will give the glow effect to a player.  Then you need to make a team and then join it with the commands

/team add green
/team join green

You can name the team anything but just using green in this example. Then do the command

/team modify green color dark_green

Now you will be glowing green. You can change the team name and color to what you want.

So sorry for my delay. I did try this method and I didn't work. I tried restarting and rejoining the sever but what ever I do I just can't get myself to glow a different color other than white.

I also don't think there is a skript. I have been looking for one.

Ok so I did some research, and Skrayfall skript addon effects the teams. Is there anyway to make something out of skript for different glow colors? (Or using Skrayfall)

I found this skript online

But all it does is give the player the glowing effect and it says the glow color depends on the color of the name above the player's head.

Yeah I have tried that skript, but its still white. Because of the Skrayfall. Witch I use for all my scripts.
