Burgle Staff Application Process

Thank you for considering volunteering for the Burgle staff team. If you would like to join the staff team, we request that you fill out a staff application so that we can get to know you better and to understand why we should accept you into the staff team. If you choose to submit an application, a member of our staff management team will get back to you within 5 days of submitting it. Please make sure that you have read all of the requirements listed below as well as the staff process before submitting your application.

Application

Once you have submitted your application to our club, you will be responded to within 3 days, if you have been accepted we will contact you via Discord where you will be invited into a group chat with the Staff Managers where we will conduct your interview. If you were denied at the application stage you will not be able to create an application for 2 weeks. Your application will most likely be our first impression of you, so make it count.

Interview

If you have been accepted you will be invited to a group call with the Staff Managers. In that group call we will ask you a variety of questions to get to know you better as well as to see if we think you’re suitable for a moderator position. If you reach this stage of the process, we may record your interview to share with other members of the staff team to get more opinions, this will be deleted if you request it to be. We can assure you if the interview is recorded that it will be used for the purposes we have stated and nothing else.

If you are denied, you are not permitted to create another application for 2 weeks.
