Need help with replacing a block after its been broken

Two things I need help with.

 

1.) After a block if broken (in my case a piece of redstone) replace it with the same block after about 60 seconds.

2.) After a button is pressed is disappears and then reappears after about 60 seconds later.

 

Any help is appreciated! Thanks.

On mine of redstone:

    Cancel event

    Set event-block to air

    Wait 60 seconds

    Set event-block to redstone
