Application Questions -
 • Why do you want to apply for a staff on Lift?
Because I really like to play lift and I am active on both the Discord server and Minecraft server. I also feel as though lift is understaffed and that there is only very little active staff members at the moment and I feel as though I would be a perfect fit as a staff member. 1. I have been staff on a server for a very long time and during that time had to mute and ban people for multiple different reasons such as racism, spamming and other punishable things like hacking and sometimes full on threats. 2. I understand the lift rules and know how to follow them along with knowing how to enforce them. 3. I understand how to be and act like a staff member from my past experience. 4. I enjoy talking and playing with people from the community.
 • How much time can you contribute to being a staff member on Lift?
It depends on school work, but otherwise it would be 2-5 hours per day
 • Have you been staff on any servers?
I have been a helper on 1 minecraft server before, I was a helper there for at least 8 months there until I quit due to personal reasons.
 • How much experience do you have as a staff member?
Only about 8 months on one server from last year.
 • Are you currently staff on any other servers?
I am not currently staff on any other servers at this moment in time.
 • Have you broken any rules on the Lift Discord or Minecaft server?

No, I respect and follow the rules of both the lift discord and also on the server

Situation Questions -
 • You banned someone for hacking, the community is outraged. How would you deal with the outrage?
 

 I would explain to the people who are outraged by this situation why the said person got banned and outline the proof and reasoning behind the ban,  if they are still outraged by this I would go to a higher up staff member and explain the situation to them.
 • Explain a situation where you might have to act mature and professional while being staff on Lift.

One situation would be if a hacker was banned but the community didn't understand why I would explain the reason and show proof until everyone understand or another situation would be if there was say a mob aura, auto clicker or any type of hacker and I didn't have the perms to ban or tempban them (depending on what the hack was) I would immediately go to a higher up staff member and report the hacker to them with proof of what they were doing and wait until the hacker is banned.
