Animals not spawning with egg or /summon

Currently having a problem of not being able to /summon, using spawn eggs, or breeding animals. It seems like the hostile mobs spawn correctly at night (actually the server is on easy but there’s still a swarm). If i used spawn eggs, It would make the noise of the mob but nothing would appear.
 

I believed it happened after a friend spawned 200 villagers, but they were all killed and couldnt spawn anything since.

 

Ive tried /gamerule domobspawn true and increasing view distance to 10. Any suggestions? I was thing of just downloading the world, resetting settings, and uploading it again.

Make sure you have no plugins/skripts that are preventing mobs from spawning. Also make sure the server is not on peaceful mode. Also make sure mob spawning is enabled on the settings section on the dashboard. It should look like this.

Then click save and restart the server.

My server's difficulty is on normal, the monster spawning setting is turned on, I did the /gamerule doMobSpawning true command, I currently don't have any plugins and still nothing. I noticed the spawners weren't working, so I went in creative and just tried spawning a blaze with a spawn egg, and it appears for a brief second, makes a noise, and disappears. Any other help you could offer?

its not working for me either, i can spawn in bees and stuff, but if a try and spawn a zombie in, it appears, and then disappears within a second

edit: im also on a world i uploaded from my pc

Make sure the server is not on peaceful and all the other stuff I mentioned in my other post.
