They were okay with the skin but I guess the actual server did not accept it. I really just want to play minecraft with my friends, I wasn't trying to be disruptive. I have since changed the skin. Have you been punished before: I have never been punished before, I changed the skin to joke around with friends and don't usually have my skin as it was.
