999,999 Tickspeed

So, me and an admin of mine where burning down a rain forest to clear land for a build project and the my friend set the tick speed to 999,999 to speed things up, this caused the server to crash and now whenever I join the server loads 1 chunk then crashes, idk what to do and I feel like dog sh*t because we had at least 5 hours of progress, if anyone knows how to fix this issue please let me know.

Gosh I feel you mate, I had 4 weeks of work and I accidently set the tick speed to 999999
