i can't log onto my minehut server

I don't have plugins

Every single time join I can't type commands or anything, and only a part of my world loads. Not the entire thing. After a few seconds of being on the server, I get timed out, because the server goes down. Any solutions?

Have you tried repairing the core files? If not, go to Dashboard => Edit server => Danger Zone => Repair Server.

yes, I've tried to repair files. Multiple times, actually. I'm not sure what it does, but it hasn't done much in the scope of things.

Doesn't resetting the server reset the world files with it? I would like to have the ability to keep the world file. Ultimately, I would like to download the world, but it's not really letting me.

How good is your internet connection, or your memory on your PC? Because I have this same issue when I have chrome open with minecraft.

My internet is pretty fast. I'm on ethernet with 14 ping. 66/9 (upload / download mb per second)

There is nothing relevant on the FAQ that is regarding my problem. Have you tried giving you server IP a new name because idk I am not smart but you could give it a try.

yeah, tried. No it's a good idea as a concept because maybe it will change where the server actually is but no, it doesn't work.

We've sent numerous support tickets, but it doesn't seem like they're going to respond to them. I've gotten the email saying "it's been recieved and we're gonna respond within 2 business days," but it's been more than 2 business days and I still haven't heard from them.

Well maybe if that doesn't work you could... "gulp" restart your entire server and just have a "FRESH START"?????

 That was unnecessary saying fresh start.

Mabey???  That was still unnecessary saying fresh start I promise I won't do it again.

How long has it been? It may take over a week to get a response. @Ashley (and molly) is usually pretty good. If it has been a while you could (maybe) try contacting her on discord.
