i can't log onto my minehut server

Question

I don't have plugins

Every single time join I can't type commands or anything, and only a part of my world loads. Not the entire thing. After a few seconds of being on the server, I get timed out, because the server goes down. Any solutions?

yes, I've tried to repair files. Multiple times, actually. I'm not sure what it does, but it hasn't done much in the scope of things.

Doesn't resetting the server reset the world files with it? I would like to have the ability to keep the world file. Ultimately, I would like to download the world, but it's not really letting me.

There is nothing relevant on the FAQ that is regarding my problem. yeah, tried. No it's a good idea as a concept because maybe it will change where the server actually is but no, it doesn't work.

We've sent numerous support tickets, but it doesn't seem like they're going to respond to them. I've gotten the email saying "it's been recieved and we're gonna respond within 2 business days," but it's been more than 2 business days and I still haven't heard from them.

How long has it been? It may take over a week to get a response. @Ashley (and molly) is usually pretty good. If it has been a while you could (maybe) try contacting her on discord.
