I guess the next thing I could suggest is turning the command blocks off from the settings and then restart and then turn it on again and then restart. I remember having the same problem, but I don't remember how I fixed this. Also, are you trying this on an uploaded world or a world that Minehut has generated? What I would guess is that the world you uploaded has command blocks disabled, but since the gamerule I suggested is removed, then I am not sure what causes this.
