How do I submit a good report?

To submit a good report, we advise you to meet all the report guidelines on the report post, this ensures that you have the maximum chance of your report being accepted.

What does it mean by the approved programs list?

For all evidence submitted through our reports system, we urge you to only use the following programs:

• Gyazo (https://gyazo.com/)

• Imgur (https://imgur.com/)

• Default Minecraft Screenshots

• Sniping tool

• OBS (https://obsproject.com/)

• Bandicam (https://www.bandicam.com/)

• Action (https://actionrecorder.com/)

If you have any other programs that we forgot, please message a Community Management member!

What do we classify as good evidence?

Good evidence is usually considered as being clear, visible and not modified. For example:

We would not classify this as good evidence as the picture is clearly cropped, therefore this report would be denied because of "Insufficient Evidence".

Common Denial Reasons

To help you avoid your report being denied, here are the most common report denial reasons.

Insufficient Evidence

If you are denied for Insufficient Evidence, this means your report is not visible, has been modified, cropped, forged, not a video if needed to be, too long with no timestamps provided, does not meet our approved programs list, etc.

Insufficient Information Provided

If you are denied for Insufficient Information Provided, this means you did not fill out all the questions asked, or your answers were found to be incorrect.

Non-Youtube Evidence

If you are denied for Non-Youtube Evidence, this means that you reported a user with video evidence that is not in the form of a Youtube link. We require our video evidence to be either a public or unlisted Youtube video so that our CM staff can easily view it.
