The punishment for the first severity is 3 hours, it is then extended to 6 hours for severity 2, then extended to a permanent mute for severity 3. Together, we help moderate, improve and maintain Pulsate as a server. We are a closely-knit team and we value communication and teamwork. Cool, how do I join it? OFFICIAL GUIDE - Applying for Helper ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ How do I submit a good application To submit a good application, we advise you to meet all the application guidelines on the applications post, this ensures that you have the maximum chance of your application being accepted. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ What do we classify as good application? A good application is usually one of great detail, depth, explanation and honesty. We also want to see your personality shine through your application before we get to know you. This is so we can make any changes to our interview script if your approved. We would also like to see maturity in your application so that we know that your work ethic is what we want to see in our junior staff team. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Who reads/manages applications? Our Recruitment team (made up of Senior Moderators & Admins) read your application as soon as it is submitted to us through the forums club.   12. OFFICIAL GUIDE - How does Community Insights work? ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Community Insights works via Trello, which is a management tool used for managing businesses and projects. Therefore, to be on the team, you must have an email, an audible microphone and a Trello account. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Who manages the CI team? I am currently the Community Insights Lead meaning I oversee all the projects that we carry out as a team. What do we do as a Community Insights member? As a CI member, you are working with the Administrators to add new ideas and bring fresh enjoyable content to the server. You are able to take in suggestions from the community and put forth your own ideas. As a CI member, you receive access to the main server, development server and you gain the CT tag.

Good appeals are usually ones that accept responsibility for their mistakes if the punishment is justified. We do understand that mistakes can be executed on our part, but for the majority of appeals, we want you to understand that what you did is not allowed.
