how do i make myself a admin on my server?

Create multiple ranks with LuckPerms or pex

Luckperms: /lp group create <rank name>

 

Give them a prefix with

Luckperms: /lp group <group> meta setprefix "[Owner]"

 

And assign people to them with

Luckperms: /lp user <user> parent add <rank>

Do op (put your username here) in server commands 

on the web site

You can also create ranks if you'd like to by using the plugin PermissionsEx or LuckPerms.

In the server console, you can op yourself by typing in 'op yourname' (without the '' and replace yourname with your minecraft name).

With op, you have access to a lot of features such as gamemode, and have control over your entire server. From this point, you can also install plugins to make ranks for people, such as luckperms and permissionsex.

isn't it /lp user <user> parent set <rank>? Parent add just gives them the permissions from the group
