Did you type in the name in the correcT format? Ex: test.sk

Can you provide logs for your server, You can access these on the panel, File Manager > logs > latest.log then paste what's in it in pastebin.com

If you have the plugin CoreProtect installed before your server was rolled back you can rollback an area. If you have a download of the world, you can also upload the world again to be able to have your old world.

If this is on your server you can ban them with /ban <username> if it's in /msg and you aren't in the lobby, try to get evidence while in the lobby and report it. You can also /ignore <username> after doing this so you no longer receive the messages.
