To reset your world click the red button name "Reset World" which can be found in your world settings, but first make sure your server is offline/stopped when you click the button then start your server back up It should reset the world to a completely new world! -
Well, as McThisle said, it's a service minehut uses not controls, there is not much minehut can do from there side until the issue is resolved via the service provider

Hello! To make a server private, you can either whitelist it or you can unlist the server! To unlist the server go here! Or to whitelist your server do /whitelist on in your server or console. Then do /whitelist add (yourname). Or you could do both Unlisting & whitelisting it.

No plugins I know of does that to the gamerules, unless he personally skripted one in. Are you doing /gamerule KeepInventory off? Just to be sure, not some other type of command.

1st: Stop the server before adding the seed. 2nd Go to World Settings & Click reset world. 3rd Go under that to World Seed & Paste in the seed you want Can be found here!, then click save. And then try starting your server back up & see if this works

As MotionQ said, It may be a permissions plugin blocking you from accessing commands, but it shouldn't have any restrictions on OPing/DEOPing any said player. Again repeating Motion, maybe try to uninstall some plugins that may be outdated that you have installed.

As Clarifity said, minehut sadly does not support the process of putting personal/own plugins in Minehut servers, but you can always suggest plugins for minehut to add here!

+1 I don't see the use of blocking command dupes. Messages sure, but commands? I sometimes mess up /join commands and have to wait a few seconds just to a server.
