  1. There is no way. If you used your backup, you cannot go back unless you made a backup of the previous world. I know this sucks, but you have to start over. To prevent this happening again, just turn the whitelist on. Go to settings, scroll to whitelist, set Enforce Whitelist to enabled, then in-game do /whitelist add username to add someone and then do /whitelist on.
  2. Your IP was accidentally/coincidentally blocked by Minehut itself. Open a ticket to become unblocked: https://minehut.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=5333154152723
  3. If it's a backup of a world, yes you can upload it to minehut, just upload it straight through file manager in the home directory and unzip it from the file manager then switch your level name to the name of the world in settings.
  4. Try essentials.kits.new essentials.kits and essentials.kit.new

Website issue. Refresh the page, relogin to your account, force hibernate & reactive... Try again after each solution, one is bound to work, but refreshing usually works.

    Plug-in Problems

Then you didn't install the correct plugin versions. If you're using plugins from addons, uninstall all of them and install the same ones straight from spigotMC, put the jars in the plugins folder, and restart. Addons panel is generally unreliable.
  7. changing worlds wont delete your backups. if you dont have a backup and are sentimental to your current world. create one. when it's done, go to your settings tab, scroll to world section, set to flat, hit regenerate contents, save changes, restart
  8. /ul was remoed a long time ago. To upload your world to Minehut, upload it in a ZIP file, then select it or right click it and hit Unzip. Make sure your world has no spaces or special characters in its name. Then go to your Settings tab and look for the Worlds section. Set the level name to the name of your world, save changes, and restart. If that doesn't work, install Multiverse plugin for your server version and then do the command /mv import worldname normal in-game.
  9. OP yourself via console by typing 'op username' in the console. Then you can do it. Also navigate to Settings tab on your server dashboard, scroll down till you see whitelist settings, and set enforce whitelist to true. Then add yourself to whitelist via console.
  10. By doing that, you disabled betterRTP in your main world. Is that what you wanted? Also you need to add 'world' in EnabledWorlds, if that exists
  11. What's the error message? If it's something about server ram, you're running out of ram and need to limit your mods.
  12. Downgrading servers breaks them. Reset your world by going to the settings tab and hitting Regenerate Contents under the world section or upgrade back to 1.20.1
  13. Spigot was removed. Just use paper, it's better in every single way and even more optimized. The server icons must be purchased with credits also.
  14. Don't download from addons. Go to SpigotMC and download plugins there, then upload the jars to the plugins folder and restart your server.
  15. Trent doesn't run Minehut anymore. Also, that's the error message when your server has or is about to hibernate. And what does it say when it kicks you? It might be crashing at startup.
  16. Your IP was accidentally/coincidentally blocked by Minehut itself. Open a ticket to become unblocked: https://minehut.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=5333154152723

    No credits loaded

If you purchased credits but haven't received them, open a ticket: https://minehut.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=5333154152723
  18. Go into the betterRTP config and set the worlds you want to be allowed
  19. A problem with the filter, nothing you can do but wait for a fix. You could try messaging parts of your motd to yourself in Minehut to see which parts are getting blocked.
  20. Not really a place to go for help. Look it up, there's endless tutorials. It's quite complicated to correctly set this up in a resourcepack as well.
  21. Join it via direct connect and see if it works. Did you upload a resourcepack? And yes it is because it's forced
  22. Server's just running out of ram too often, no way out of it truly except upgrading. However, here's a list that may prolong the issue Delete some plugins Delete some worlds Limit your worldborder Limit mob spawns Limit view distance on your server However, the most effective way will always be to upgrade your Minehut plan to include more ram. You're just running out of memory, too many worlds or plugins or players will do that. If you're somewhat experienced, you can also tweak the paper/spigot settings to squeeze the most out of your server by following this guide: https://github.com/YouHaveTrouble/minecraft-optimization
