Since uploading .zip folders isn't supported, it's likely datapacks cannot run on Minehut servers.

Wait until the server is completely online before joining with a direct IP.

If the issue persists, you may have to force stop your server and/or repair core files in the "Danger Zone" area.

Hey,

You can upload a resource pack in your server's panel in Server Properties (scroll down to the very bottom). 

The file manager won't let you upload certain files / zip folders due to potential exploits, though.
