In order to create pex groups, you must give yourself pex permissions, this can be done by going to console and typing '/pex user <name> add *' After that, you can create a group, by going into game and typing '/pex group <groupname> create' Then you can add a prefix (requires the plugin 'vault') by typing '/pex group <groupname> prefix <prefix>' The prefix supports color codes.
