Not an issue of Minehut in general. Check some other vanilla in-game things, most likely something you're doing wrong.

I assume there's another permission you're missing... I haven't used essentials in ages, but maybe try
/lp group default permission set essentials.sethome.1 true
Might be incorrect, haven't googled it yet. If it still doesn't function and displays a permission error message, try looking it up.

It isn't Minehut's responsibility to remove hackers from the network as there are anarchy servers and places where hacks are permitted. You can ban him on your server alone with /ban <player> and that should be good enough

To play on the Minecraft Bedrock edition, simply add a server on the multiplayer list and define its properties by:
Keep the port at the default given one, and set the server address to bedrock.minehut.com
This should connect you to the server hub, and from there you will be able to execute the command /join <server>!
As for Custom Crafting, I suggest looking up a YouTube tutorial.

This is not a plugin issue; this is caused by the Minecraft plugin permissions.
I suggest using a plugin like LuckPerms to apply permissions to specified groups of people.
To use sethome, I believe the LuckPerms command is as follows:
/lp group default permission set essentials.sethome true
It should then apply the permission to all players in the default group, enabling them to utilize /sethome whenever needed!

To download a world, utilize the admin command /dl world <name> on your server. This will provide you with a download link

By default, you shouldn't be kicked for AFKing; you can, however, be disconnected for other reasons like Minehut maintenance, internet going out, etc.

This is caused by Multiverse. You can disable it in the general Multiverse configuration file where it says "World Prefix" or something along those lines.

In your server's panel, try going into the "Settings" tab and scrolling until you find the option titled "Monster Spawning".
You should be able to disable it.
If not, you can use Multiverse and disable it from the world configurations or do "/gamerule doMobSpawning" false in each separate world.

Try using ViaVersion and it's accomplices; much easier to work with.
If however, you would prefer to use Skript and ProtocolLib, you can download the addon TuSKe and use the following:-

Not sure I completely understand what's wrong, but I recommend using LuckPerms instead of PEX as it's more active and higher quality.

Do you have any backups? You can check in the backups tab in your server's panel (The far left)
If so, just load up the most recent save since before you lost your items and load it up.

Never used this plugin, but as was stated before, you probably have to give people the required permissions.
You can use a permissions plugin like LuckPerms (The one I recommend), PermissionsX (PEX) or something like Sk-Perm.
