    I don't understand what was that guy in previous thread waffling about, if you can afford paying for skripts, this guy is your top choice, even if you don't understand skripting, he'll give you a fair price and you get what you asked for.

    I believe you could use Itemeditor or Itemizer plugin to hide enchantments and add lores afterwards
