[Teleport and perms]

There are already built in commands that give you the permission to teleport players but firstly you'll need to make sure you have access to the server's console. You can use the command prompt on console to give your self operator permissions using /op <player>. Then you can return to the game and use vanilla teleport commands. The console is also the spot where you can install and uninstall plugins. Usually i'll install the plugin I'm interested in and then simply look up a tutorial on how to use it if I'm not familiar with it. Hopefully this will give you a place to start.

That is very extreme for almost any server in general. I don't think it's possible to make a one million container of TNT explode and not crash the server. Try providing more context rather than cramming everything in the title of the post.

Sorry, but this is basically telling players not, and or highly encourage them not to use the command that was purposely designed for advertising. We're glad you provided your perspective. Force it into hibernation if it consistently says "Stopping". Otherwise, give it a little and come back later. Those are things I do.

Check the logs to see if it provides any information when it starts the plugin. Maybe it fails to load.

Don't know if that's possible to put a direct Hex code. It may be possible with some plugins, not sure.
