You can check for dependencies in the errors for the plugin, if any. Run /dl logs to get your logs. You need to look for "UnknownDependencyException", but if you still need help, feel free to send a paste of your logs in a reply.

It's not a case of him "trying to raise his post count", he's giving you advice that could possibly answer your question. You need to understand that Minehut is a freemium host that relies on Community Support, which is what Preinstalled was giving you. You're replying to this thread on a public forum, so expect people to quote you with advice or helpful information. Whether it be helpful or unhelpful advice, you shouldn't really respond in that way because, at the end of the day, we're trying to help you.

Unfortunately, the only thing you can do is keep trying every now and again, the site that Minehut uses for downloading may be having some issues, which is out of Minehut's control.

Make sure that you are using the right Minecraft Version (1.15.2). If you are, then check your logs, they can be found in your File Manager.
