Not taking damage? Possibly essentials issue?

Hi there. Recently i discovered an issue with my server where no matter what, if i am deoped, in survival. no god mode OR protection. NOTHING can attack me, I've also tried running the /damage command and have gotten the response 'Target is invulnerable to damage', and I'm not sure what's going on.

I figure it could be an essentials, worldguard or luckperms because i do not truly know what's  going on, if someone can lead me in the right direction I'd appreciate it.

Disable all skripts one by one until you can take damage again. Do /effect clear username and see if you can take damage then. Maybe try going far out of spawn too. I think spawn protection makes you invulnerable.
