My server crashes instantly as it starts

So im making a new box server and since im new to the minehut and paper scene, but it crashes a few secs after i start it. It says theres an error with paper for some reason? i changed the bukkit.yml to configure voidgen but after i did that it didnt work. Here the latest.log (ignore the name it just latest.log but renamed):

Turn off your server, go to your home directory and delete the bukkit.yml file, and start your server.
