Can you downgrade server versions back to 1.20.1?

I just upgraded my server version from 1.20.1 to 1.20.4 and I created a backup. When I started the server everything didnt work and I decided to go back to 1.20.1. When I tried to go back to my backup tho It wasnt there for some reason, so I went to the change server version tab and for some reason I can't downgrade back to 1.20.1.

As of late, you can only set your server version to the latest of each major release. So currently only 1.20.4 is available for the 1.20 update.
