Getting less than 8 hours on my server.

I'm told that the 8 hour time limit is reset at 1am PST. For my local time that is 9am. I opened my server at 9:40am and was notified that I had only 30 minuets remaining at 11:30 with the server closing at 12. That doesn't seem to be the full allotted 8 hours I should be getting.

What's going on?

Buying any server plan will remove the time limit.

The cheapest way currently is to buy Extra Safe backups option under the custom plan (Located at Manage Server -> Options -> Scroll down until you see something about custom specs). This will cost 300 credits/month and remove the limit.
