"Woah There, Slow Down, You Are Sending Commands too Fast"

When I try to paste a structure using litematica, it kicks me out of my server saying "Woah There, Slow Down, You Are Sending Commands too Fast" I need to know how to fix this because I am creating a server and I am trying to paste a structure. please help
