Hey everyone, I thought it would be a cool idea for me to introduce myself! My name's Stephen, my current Minecraft username is SolarStephen, many people know me as Stephen090704. I've been playing on Minecraft Java since early 2015, and I have been a part of the Minehut community since 2017. And I've enjoyed every single moment of it. I'm a 19 year old Male (Pronouns are He/Him) with a passion for gaming and server managing/moderation, I joined the Minehut staff team a few months back and through that time I've experienced quite a lot, along the way I've met lots of new friends aswell as getting to know the community better. I often play servers inside of Minehut aswell as having normal discussions in both the lobby and on the discord server. Outside of Minehut I like to go swimming or playing video games, such as Rocket league, Call of Duty, Roblox and Sea of thieves. I'm not often on forums as I never used to use Forums in the past, however I'm actively learning how the Minehut forums work and you'll see me around more often, assisting members of the community and ensuring that everyone is having a good time on our server network. Hey there! I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this. If you have any server backups that you created beforehand, please use a server backup to restore the server, if you do not have a backup you may either reset the entire world which will delete all progress made on that world. Or you're able to contact the support team who might be able to assist you with restoring your server. Into regards of the user who griefed your server, please submit a report to Submit a report ticket as Minehut does not tolerate Community disruption, this will ensure that the user is dealt with appropriately.

As Ducky previously mentioned, Minehut has Increased the time limit to 4 hours per day, this change was made recently, the reason for the ad limit is to prevent the amount of spam in chat, if people had an unlimited ad limit chat would be flooded on a daily basis from advertisements, these changes were made to better manage the way our advertisement system works. For the player limit, whilst free servers are capped at 10 players, upgrading to any plan allows you to set an unlimited playercount.

As for the method of getting credits the only ways to obtain credits is to vote or buy credits, sometimes there are also community events which are hosted on our discord server which allow you to have a chance at winning some credits. Hey there! Sometimes addons are outdated or are incompatible with your server version, please double check the plugins compatibility via it's website, this would either be Spiggot or Bukkit.

Players being kicked from their server could mean a number of things, however the most likely cause is due to the server crashing, if the server experiences a crash all of it's users are kicked from that server until it is rebooted. However, if this was not the case then you might want to create a support ticket, I will attach the link below to the support ticket website, a member of our support team will be able to assist you further. Hey there! Sometimes servers kick users who are spamming too fast to prevent the server being crashed by commands. Often it's caused by certain plugins such as PacketLimiter, please check your plugins for antispam/packet limiters, and slow your litematica down so that this prevents you from being kicked.

Hey there! Minehut's starter plan is the only plan that have a limited up-time, the rest of the plans that cost credits (Including standard) allow for your server to have an unlimited up-time, below will be some information based on the plans and what you're able to get.

Hello there, Please update the plugins Matrix, TAB and holographic displays the server im manager for (BlazeGens) doesnt work properly due to these plugins not being updated. Please update them asap.
