External Server Error

Whenever I try to join my external feather server (from minehut) I get an error:

It works fine when I join from the ip but it just doesn't work on minehut can someone help me get the right files/config settings for anything to fix this I've done everything and the velocitypowered link didn't help either

What method are you using? Velocity? Paper? Waterfall? What host do you use?

I have the same problem velocity server 

right setuped because it pings the minehut proxy in the console
