My server is broken.

ok, so, i've been messing with my server for a week or so to fix my problem.
alli got is that one of my plugins is preventing non-opped players to join.
Theres a list of all the plugins my server has when it started happening in the attached image.

I do not know which plugin is breaking all of it, so im going to ask here , since theres barely any staff online on the actual server hub.

None of those plugins should be doing that, if it is a plugin issue then I'd try to uninstall plugins one by one. It may be a permission that parts of Group Manager, but if you're the only one who access to that, then probably not.

As MotionQ said, It may be a permissions plugin blocking you from accessing commands, but it shouldn't have any restrictions on OPing/DEOPing any said player. Again repeating Motion, maybe try to uninstall some plugins that may be outdated that you have installed.
