Worldguard downloaded, command not working.

Hello! I have recently started a server, but after I downloaded WorldGuard I came across an issue.
I have tried downloading WorldGuard from each site at page 1 on Google Chrome, and none of them works.
when I do /plugins it shows it in red, and commands are NOT working at all. (Unknown command)

Any ideas what should I do??

Download worldguard from bukkit and choose the version that matches the version of your server,

 

replace the jar, restart. If it STILL doesn’t work, start your server, go into it, do a worldguard command, then send me the latest.log

Hey, I did exactly what you said, but it doesnt seem to work.

when I do /worldguard, for example; it just sends in chat "Unknown command. Type "/help" for help."
not even an error. the server doesnt even see notice the plugin
