my server keep crashing

why does my server keep crashing, I can only play for about 5 minutes until my server crashes and says

Could you list what plugins you have, if any? What plugins and the amount of plugins you have could be a factor in receiving that message, as they could be using too much of your server's allocated memory. Are you running on the free plan?
