Everything Incompatible

I am trying to make a server on 1.20, but on every server I create it sais that all my Add-Ons, even the Owned Legacy Add-Ons are incompatible. For my server in 1.19.4 most of my regular Add-Ons seem to be working, but even for the 1.19.4 server my Owned Legacy Add-Ons also seem to be incompatible.

If anyone knows how to solve my problem I will greatly appreciate your help.

I recommend just uninstalling all your addons and just going to the official spigotMC pages for them and downloading their jars there. Then, just upload the jars to your plugins folder and restart. A lot more reliable.
