Trying to turn off "fix-curing-zombie-villager-discount-exploit" But i cant see paper.yml file (I only see bukkit.yml)

Ive looked everywhere in bukkit.yml and i cant seem to find an option to turn it off

Go to your home directory > config folder > There should be two paper config folders, and it should either be in paper-world-defaults or paper-global

paper.yml was removed.
